Had a lot of issues in this place. Staying here for an extended time with my wife and two kids, we found the space to be a bit more crammed than expected. While that was an inconvenience, we could've made it work. We found that most of the outlets in the kitchen were not working. This was an issue since we have a 1 month old and needed to have a bottle sterilizer and warmer plugged in. The downstairs area was significantly colder than upstairs, which the fix was to crank the heat while we were downstairs. In doing so, the upstairs became unbearably hot (5 yo was getting sick trying to sleep). There were a bunch of extension cords ran to provide power in places. While the smart home stuff was neat, I felt that it caused a lot of problems. Lights were going on and off unexpectedly. We would get random notifications as well, which I guess was due to the devices connected to the host's actual home.

Pretty good location for getting around and driving to things all over the OCK area. Scott was very responsive.

Scott is a great guy, he can come across as overly helpful, but he's extremely friendly and helpful! 10/10 I would absolutely recommend staying with Scott!!

I stayed in this house for 19 days and I think it was worth it. It had one of the best prices and was close to where I work. The house and furniture are a little old, but still comfortable and functional. Had a few issues with the dishwasher leaking water but the owner was very responsive and helped fixing it the same day. The house also has plenty of automation (Alexa, automatic locks, etc) which is pretty nice. Other than that, the kitchen had all the stuff you need for daily use. Whenever an issue appeared or I had any questions, the owner was quick to answer and generally just a very nice guy to talk to. I was in the middle of moving apartments and he was very understanding, providing all the accomodations I needed.
