Was a lovely place to stay, not too far from the city centre. The apartment as a whole was very clean and comfortable. Parking outside the apartment (on the street) was handy. Only downside is that you’re right next to the entrance to the apartments door- so the banging of the front door and pin pad can be quite loud

Loved this place - really stylish and has everything you need for a short stay. The area is very studenty so there is little to do but completely fine if you know your way around Manchester/can get buses very easily too. The place is lovely and very nicely decorated - very comfy bed and spacious kitchen area. Mezzanine is a great use of the area upstairs too, although again does feel a bit unfinished and perhaps some more furnishings would be better. The sink was a little problematic as it didn’t drain away very well, and some parts of it were a little unfinished (no handles on the kitchen cabinets etc). Towels very small so would prefer a slightly bigger one as it hardly covers your body! Plenty of storage in the bedroom with a chest of drawers so no complaints in that regard. These things are not major issues at all, but worth noting - I would definitely return as I love the style and it’s a great bolt hole for travelling.

The first thing I noticed when walking in is the place reeker of odor. Everything felt quite dirty. Then as I turned over the bed covers I found hair all over the bed. The pillows were stained in multiple locations. The bathroom hadn't been properly cleaned. I messaged them about it and they never responded. I messaged them to send someone to clean, no response. I left the airbnb after one night even though I paid for 3.

I always stay in this apartment block when in Manchester and find the units convenient and comfortable. Good location if you have kids at the university, Sainsbury’s 5 mins away, on bus routes, and free street parking. This apartment was very nice. I quite liked the mezzanine sofa/TV area, it gives lounge space, but be aware that it’s half height, you’ll only be able to kneel in it if you are tall. Access to mezzanine is a fixed ladder type stair, don’t go up it in just socks as it’s slippery - elderly people likely wouldn’t manage it. Needs care if carrying drinks up there. Cosy area with a comfy sofa though. The rest of the apartment is normal height obviously. Very comfortable bed, smart decor throughout. Well heated and plenty of hot water. Be aware that the key code for the lockbox disappears from the app at 11am on checkout day. I had to phone to get it as once I finished loading up my car I no longer had the code. But all sorted out very quickly.

We had an excellent experience at the apartment. Airshack and Laura made our stay comfortable, effortless and the accommodation was exactly as described, if not better. Airshack were always contactable with any questions and the building felt very secure. We would strongly recommend this apartment to anyone wanting a nice stay in Manchester, with enough going on locally, but also just a 30 minute bus from the city centre. The little upper loft area of the apartment was an added cosy bonus with a TV and sofa up there too. Thank you!
