Nestled in the heart of Aldea Zama, directly next to a free local Cenote! Our 2 story penthouse is the perfect mix of indoor & outdoor living. Relax on your PRIVATE rooftop for an afternoon in the sun before to town or the beach for a delicious meal from a list of places we recommend with your stay. Workout with your complimentary weights & equipment, then take a dip in your private rooftop plunge pool. This penthouse has been furnished with high quality handcrafted local wood and textiles : ) This complex is very quiet and private. Close enough to town and the beach zone to head out for a night of activities, and return home for some peace and quiet. With only 13 units total in the entire complex, this is one of the only penthouses you will find with such low density and a homey atmosphere that is not a late night party scene. *** If you’re looking for a place to party through the night, this is not the vibe!! *** Please note that each floor is separate with their own entrances! The perfect mix of having some privacy among couples, friends or families when needed. There is no elevator with solely stair access to both the second and third floors. If you have extremely young children, the separation between the two bedrooms could pose an issue. Large private outdoor terrace with private plunge pool, outdoor seating with personal daybeds, outdoor shower, workout equipment and lush vegetation for added privacy.

We absolutely loved our stay here. This was probably the coziest, most inviting airbnb we’ve had to date. It was a wonderful retreat after a day at the beach - super peaceful and relaxing. The vegetation on the grounds added a perfect jungle vibe I love being immersed in while visiting Tulum. The rooftop terrace is where we relaxed most evenings and was the perfect hideaway. The condo itself was super clean and the AC and showers worked very well. The beds were also super comfortable. Kirsten was very responsive throughout the process and would definitely give her a 10/10 as far as hosting goes. We would definitely stay here again!

This was a great stay , it was private enough out of the city but right around the corner from the beach the place had more than enough space and the rooftop was astonishing I would definitely book again !

The apartment is nice. The upper floor makes the apartment special. We spent a lot of time there in the evenings. When the temperature cools off it is very comfortable. Nice place to stargaze have drinks and relax.

I really loved our time at Kristen's home. It is a beautiful space that was very peaceful and relaxing to come home to between our adventures. We were looking for something special for the 2 of us and we found that. I would rent the space again and think it would be excellent for 2 couples that want time together and time separately too within their trip. With the space spanning over 2 floors it really had a lot to offer... Sunsets on the roof were so nice and the patio at the main entrance was really nice during the day with all the vegetation to look at. The home is in a quieter area, making it very relaxing. I only saw other tenants 3 times within the almost week of being there when I swam in the pool downstairs, and everyone was very kind. I was really impressed all around with the space and plan to keep an eye out for other properties Kristen has in other cities for future renting. Kristen was also really easy to connect with when we messaged eachother too. Loved it!

Free parking is available around the building and directly out-front on the street. With nightly security guard. There is a great bike rental shop called 'Jun' right down the street. There are taxis that drive around the neighborhood that you can wave down. We can also give a contact for moped rentals which includes a drop off and pick up service!
