Erjon's house really is an amazing place to stay and enjoy the lake. It is super easy to get to (only 1.5 hours from the airport), can get to the centre of Tirana in 2 hours, the city of Shkoder in 15 minutes, and there are lots of restaurants and shops within walking distance. The house itself is stunning, with plenty of open space for games if you are a large group (we were 11) both inside and outside, a BBQ and garden area, great kitchen facilities and comfy rooms. Erjon was a great host who responded really quickly to any queries and provided lots of local recommendations in the area. And the best feature of this house is the views; they are incredible all day, but the sunrise and sunsets looking over the lake from the balcony or the rooftop are 10/10. Would absolutely recommend this place to anyone wanting to enjoy Albania.

We had a beautiful stay at Erjon's villa, overlooking Lake Shkodra. He was very easy to communicate with in English, checkin and checkout was very flexible. The villa is beautiful. He and his father Zamir went out of the way to make our stay excellent. They did not only help us to organize a birthday cake, but also provided local recommendations for shopping, showed us all the facilities and provided us with BBQ equipment. I highly recommend staying here with kids, and if you like to cook (the villa has two indoor and one outdoor kitchen ;). We also tried the two closest restaurant in walking distance, both were great.

Erjon et son papa nous ont très bien accueillis. Ils nous ont aussi aidés à trouver un chauffeur pour aller à Theth. Le logement était très agréable. Merci beaucoup !

The beautiful villa with wonderful views. We returned to live in it because of the beauty of its views and the kindness of the villa owners. We stayed for three days. It was one of the best days, recreation and cleanliness of the house, with free breakfast available in the place. It was very comfortable for us. The host is very kind, helpful, and quick to respond. Thank him very much.

استقبال رائع ، مكان جميل يبهر و الواقع اجمل من الصور ، جو ممطر ، بيت حديث على وصف المودرن ، دور ارضي طراز تقليدي الباني ، دور اول علوي طراز حديث ، فيها عدة غرف للنوم و عدة حمامات ، صالة معيشة في كل دور و منظر فيو مبهر ، مجهزة بالتجهيزات الاساسية بخلاف وجدنا ضيافة بالمطبخ للافطار كاملة من بيض عصير حليب شاي جبن مربى قهوة و ماء وفواكه. التعبير عن الوصف بروعة المكان لا تكفي هذه الاسطر ، تجربتنا كانت جيدة و لهذا السبب تم حجزه في وقت آخر بعد ان وجدنا فيه امكانية لأنه اغلب الوقت محجوز. صاحب المكان ودود و محترم و يحب المساعدة بدون تردد.
