Rooms were clean but the neighbor was noisy. I did message Budget but the response was to contact the manager but there wasn’t a phone in the room and I wasn’t going outside at 2-3am. I came with my two teenage daughters. I do not recommend staying there without a male present. The area could be fine but seemed a little sketchy and I felt a little insecure. Communication was good through the app. I just think a little more should have been published about the area where it is located.

If you need a safe clean place with comfortable beds this place will do you fine. After a long 16 hours traveling I was very happy with this place on our way to Yosemite.
