Castel de Très Girard is a place of authenticity imbued with its terroir. Today it is a residence with character, previously, however, the hotel restaurant was once a winepress dating back to the XVII century - a building where grapes were stored, then pressed to extract the juice and produce the wine. It was once a cooperative cellar, and then a private vineyard, the property was finally transformed into an inn in the 1970s. In the 2000s, the beautiful Burgundian bourgeois residence regained a certain sparkle, combining a cosy charm with modern comfort.
