In the front row on the tourist port of Palau, 50 meters from the islet beach, in front of the La Maddalena Archipelago National Park. La Casa del Porto Palau is a comfortable apartment with a unique location. Very close to the center, the shopping streets and the evening market of Palau. All the beaches of palau can be reached in a few minutes by car and the wonderful beaches of the Archipelago are easily accessible thanks to the nautical services available to tourists The house is on two floors. On the ground floor there is a small garden and a veranda for a comfortable breakfast. You enter the large living room which includes the dining area. The full kitchen is a separate room. Utility room and bathroom complete the ground floor. On the first floor there are two comfortable bedrooms with double beds (one of the two with separable beds). Each of the two bedrooms has a balcony, one of which has a direct sea view. The bathroom with shower completes the amenities on the first floor. Air conditioning will be available in July 2021, as well as free WIFI.

The apartment of Mario Franco is perfect location to relax and experience Palau and the surroundings. Very well equipped in the kitchen, enough space for up to 4 people / family and a small lovely terrace to have a coffee in the morning . Thank you - I like to come back soon!

Soggiornare con mia mamma in questo airbnb è stato molto bello, una vera casa da vacanze. L’appartamento è molto grande, per 4 persone. L’host è veramente gentile, premuroso e amichevole! Abbiamo trovato parcheggio facilmente ma da considerare se si vuole andare in Sardegna ad agosto! Da ritornarci assolutamente!
Mario hat uns herzlich empfangen und war ein sehr aufmerksamer Gastgeber. Check-in und Check-out verliefen vollkommen unkompliziert. Auf unsere Wünsche wurde jederzeit eingegangen. Wir haben eine Woche dort zu dritt mit unserem kleinen Sohn verbracht. Die Wohnung selbst ist eher zweckmäßig und ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen, aber vollkommen in Ordnung. Die Ausstattung und Sauberkeit waren okay, alles ist vorhanden. Marios Unterkunft ist sehr zentral am Yachthafen von Palau gelegen. Mitunter kann es dort an Wochenenden nachts auch mal etwas lauter werden. Dies war zumindest bei uns einmal der Fall, als am Hafen in den Abendstunden eine Art Fest mit Bühnenaufbauten und Nachtmarkt stattfand - aber das ist dann eben der Preis für die sehr zentrale Lage. Direkt Fußläufig sind von der Unterkunft aus ein öffentlicher Strand sowie diverse Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten zu erreichen. Und nicht zuletzt erreicht man binnen weniger Minuten die Fähre zum schönen Inselarchipel La Maddalena. Einen sehr schönen Strand findet man beim Leuchtturm von Palau - absolut empfehlenswert! Insgesamt hatten wir eine gute Zeit in Marios Unterkunft. Wir würden wiederkommen.

Palau is a small town blessed with luck thanks to its strategic position.
The closest beach to the house is that of the Isolotto, which is only a minute's walk away. A little further on you will find the pine forest and a dog friendly beach, where you can also bring your four-legged friends.
Palau still offers many beaches: La Sciumara, Palau Vecchio, Porto Faro, Porto Pollo, Le Saline, Costa Serena, Cala di Trana, Porto Rafael.
A few minutes by car is Porto Pollo, a world famous destination for all lovers of Windsurfing and Kitesurfing and sports holidays.
The small town, the starting point for unforgettable boat excursions, comes alive in the evening with a swarm of cafes, fish, traditional and fusion restaurants. An aperitif in the center precedes a visit to the evening market, all within walking distance.
All the beaches can be reached in a few minutes by car, some of them on foot. A 5-minute drive away is Porto Pollo, a world famous destination for all lovers of Windsurfing and Kitesurfing and nightlife in the beach bars.
To visit La Maddalena and the islands of the Archipelago, there is a ferry service with a very high frequency during the day. You can also embark cars, motorcycles, bicycles.
Boarding for La Maddalena is about 3 minutes walk from the house. From the docks of the marina you can also embark on unforgettable excursions to the islands of the Archipelago: Spargi, Budelli with the famous Pink Beach, Santa Maria, Caprera.
