Great hospitality and very kind owner & personnel. House location is unfortunately very far from sea and also city center so if you don’t have car; could be hard to survive for shopping. October is not a good season to use outdoor swimming pool and indoor pool is also cold. You feel a bit unsafe coz of location and the house located between constructions. Strange neighbor can shout at night unexpectedly so be ready for it. For children, there is no doctor in district hospital. Apart of all things; you can enjoy your time with couple of families.

Horrible, location di badly accessible that my own car couldnt make it up, only SUVs fit to get up there. There was electricity issues, flickering lights constantly and the ACs did not work in a Heat of 40+ Degrees Celsius. Had to specially request Blankets for the Beds because none were provided. The Wifi did not work at all, the TV turned off every 30 Minutes, the Pool Pump did not work half the time, there are cameras only the owner can see in the entrance of the Villa, there was constant repairs being done because nothing was working correctly, so we basically held place for repairs being done to the House all 4 days we stayed there… Half the Lights either didnt work or there was Light switches not connected to anything.. Just a terrible experience, never again! Host refunded us 1 day but charged for 5 days instead of the actually used 4 days because „thats the minimum stay he offers“ The Housekeeper doesnt speak any English and angrily just calls the Owner who then plays translator but has no clue of nothing and doesnt manage anything but the monetary part….

Yasin has a beautiful villa, clean, spacious and totally private. Really had great stay no complaints how ever access to this villa should be done with rent a car. Not recommended for taxi.

This was a nice stay overall but there were a few things we did not like. We rented this place because of the heated pool but the pool never got hot (because the weather was too cold outside) which couldn’t have been fixed but was nonetheless disappointing. Also, when it says no basics provided, they mean it. There was no drinking water, toilet paper (besides a couple partial rolls left there), or body wash/shampoo. Also there’s no indoor fireplace like the listing says and we were charged 100₺ extra for firewood for the outdoor fire pit. All that aside, it was a nice place, the beds were comfortable, and the host responded to messages very quickly.

Это ЧУДЕСНАЯ вилла с очень красивым видом. Всё очень чистое и новое. Красиво. Хозяин был очень приветлив. И помог со всеми вопросами. Мы чувствовали себя как домо. Очень советую! Мы были на машине и поэтому удаленность от центра нас не смущала. Если вы хотите тишины и уединения, то это ИДЕАЛЬНЫЙ вариант. Будем рады вернуться снова.
