the host was super friendly and helpful. they met us at the train station and helped carry our bags back to hotel. they let us check in early and check out late since we were traveling with babies. She also helped with getting around and instructions for various things overall, the rooms were decent with security box. the bathroom was a bit outdated , toilet didnt flush sometimes and some weird noise in my room. the beds however are large and comfortable.
