We picked this place for the location which was great (view of the Sphere plus no resort fees) - connected to MGM Grand/Monorail. The room needs attention though before it should be rented out again. Upon check-in, we found old food & spilled red liquid in the fridge - quite gross (and I was disappointed that the host didn't do more to get cleaners up to take care of this during our entire 4-night stay). The room itself is basically a hotel room with microwave, fridge, and toaster (would have loved a Keurig instead of the small coffee maker provided like our friends had who were staying in a room in Tower 1). The bathroom faucets also are in need of repair - the right sink is completely missing the hot faucet and the cold faucet on the left sink could be turned around and around. If the host is able to repair the bathroom faucets and ensure the cleaning team hired does their part, this could be a great place. For us, it was the most disappointing stay that we've had through Airbnb.

Great experience! Would definitely stay here again. Close to the miracle mile shops. Not to bad of a walk to MGM. The outlet in the bathroom didn’t work neither did the fan above the toilet (not a big deal to us). Bell and guest service super helpful along with the free valet!
