The management team were very responsive and helped us out of a sticky situation when we accidentally got locked out of our unit. It is tight getting into the garage, but is doable with a Toyota Corolla.

Lights in the dining room flickered the entire time and gave me a headache. Lower bedroom didn't have a shade on the window and the 5 am sunrise woke me up every single day of my vacation. Bed was very hard. No air conditioning. The rest of the house was great. Great view from rooftop patio. Clean and comfortable. Couch has a bunch of stains on it but otherwise clean. Good area for walking to places. Easy to get into downtown also. People in the upstairs bedroom didn't have any issues like the downstairs. Parking can be a problem. Garage is very small. But I usually found a spot within a block or two. Other than the email welcoming me I didn't have any contact with the host.

For our stay over the 4th of July we wanted to stay out of downtown and this was a perfect spot. We had a view from the roof of fireworks at Lake Union and 4 other spots! The location was great and an easy drive to downtown, Ballard, Mercer Island, University Village. The neighborhood is all new-ish built townhouses and felt safe. Our car was too big to park in the garage but we had no problem finding close street parking. Amenities in the house were good for us - we weren't there a lot. It was comfortable and suited our family of four perfectly.

Our contact host was very kind and proactive when we reached out about the home not being clean and arriving without toilet paper in the bathrooms or trash bags in the trash cans . However, even after the cleaning crew came, the house was still pretty gross. I had to clean the downstairs tub with my own Lysol wipes I had brought from home because the tub was black. I didn’t feel comfortable putting my daughter in there to take a bath till I thoroughly cleaned it myself. The bathroom also had hair and finger/toe nails on the floor. The living room rug was filled with dirt and hair, and the plates were wet. We didn’t touch the plates till 2 days after arriving. Every sliding door was broken and off its hinges. There also weren’t any dishwashing pods left to even start the dishwasher, so we had to get our own. Overall, not the best experience, wouldn’t recommend. Good location in relation to the city.
