Welcome to our beautiful home. We are centrally located in the Fox Valley; 20 minutes to EAA, 8 minutes to downtown Neenah, 5 minutes to Walmart. We will be onsite to host you in our available 4 bedrooms, 3 bath home that sleeps 9 plus theater room, exercise room, and more. Stunning private, outdoor space with pergola, fireplace, outdoor grill, fire pit, in-ground pool, hot tub and soccer field. Continental breakfast provided each morning. 6 night minimum stay during EAA week. Welcome! Matt and I live in a large, beautiful home in the heart of the Fox Valley. It is just the two of us and our black and tan long-haired dachshund, Harley. Much of our home goes unused, so we have decided to open it up and host 4 bedrooms and 3 baths to EAA guests. As we raised our three children, we hosted foreign exchange students from France, Spain and Germany. We love meeting new people from different countries, cultures and backgrounds. We are happy to share local information and interact with you as much or as little as you wish. You will enjoy 4 large private bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Three of the bedrooms are on the 2nd floor. The first and second bedroom share a Jack and Jill bathroom with full bathtub/shower. The third bedroom has an attached en-suite bathroom with a shower. Adjacent to the third bedroom is a bonus room with television and large table for your use to play board games or cards. The lower level has the 4th bedroom with dedicated bathroom down the hall. This bathroom has a bathtub/shower. The lower level also has a family room with bar area, theater room, and exercise room. The second floor and lower level will be for your private use. You will be greeted by us on the main level which has full kitchen, dining, living, sun room and laundry. You are welcome to use these shared spaces. Our office, bedroom and bathroom will be for our private use. Our backyard is a true oasis. Surrounded by mature trees and beautifully landscaped, you will find an in-ground pool, outdoor kitchen area with pergola and brick fireplace, hot tub, fire pit, and soccer field. Finally, continental breakfast will be available each morning, along with coffee and tea. We are sure that you will enjoy your stay!
