Dympna was absolutely wonderful! The places itself was lovely, so cosy, and you could feel right at home. If I were to go back to Sligo I’d stay here again!

We Loved our host so much! Yes the kitchen and all the amenities were perfect but Dympna was the highlight! I think its fair to say that Dympna IS Sligo! We loved talking to her; loved all her recommendations! The location is absolutely perfect and you can walk to town. Sligo is a really great place and the people are very friendly! And Dympnas house is surprisingly large - 3 sitting rooms in total. Its so warm and cozy and feels like a home. The beautiful river is across the street and we enjoyed walking along the river path. I can’t say enough about this place! And we can’t wait to return!

I had such a wonderful time in Sligo and talking with Dympna. She is a wonderful and kind lady and made me feel very welcome. Her place is immaculate and spacious and in a great location. I highly recommend her to anyone interested in visiting the Sligo area where there are numerous places of interest.

Love staying at Dympna’s. The condo is a wonderful home with everything you could possibly need. The river is right across the street- walkable to town - can’t wait to return again!!!!

Great place to feel rooted in Sligo while you visit! We felt right at home in the comfortable house and quiet neighbourhood. The city and its charming pubs, stores and historical sites is easily reached on foot. And what a view of the lake! Dympna was a perfect host throughout.
