Dirk's place is one of the best houses we've been to in airbnb. Dirk was super nice and helped us when we got stuck in a major traffic jam, advising us where we should drive to. The house was just perfect for staying with kids equipped with lots of toys, low bed, stokke chairs and all. Our kid loved the toys so much, that it was difficult to convinve him to go outside 😅 it came in handy especially on the rainy days. The kitchen was fully equipped and very comfortable. We cooked almost exclusively. Also, the fridge was completely emptied, which left plenty of room to our groceries (and we needed it...). We used the two bedrooms upstairs and the beds were comfortable. We would love to return one day :)

Très bon séjour. Le logement est conforme à la description et aux photos. Les jouets pour enfants sont un vrai plus pour les familles avec enfants en bas âges. Grande flexibilité sur les horaires de départ et d'arrivée. Je recommande

Abitazione perfetta per una famiglia come la nostra, dotata del necessario, con un bel giardino e tanti giochi, silenziosa, vicina a Innsbruck (solo con i mezzi o con l'auto) ma tranquilla. Un Aspetto negativo però è che La terza camera è nel piano interrato molto umido durante il nostro soggiorno, non riscaldabile, e c'è soltanto una doccia per tutta la casa: questo rende poco comodo il soggiorno per 6 persone come nell’annuncio, mentre perfetto per 4/5 massimo. La comunicazione con l’host era sempre chiara.

Very nice house, easy access by car, bike, or bus. Very quiet. Dirk made a safe garage space available to store my bicycles. This was extremely useful. A couple of disappointments: Among all entire home AirBnBs at which I have stayed, this was the only one with zero spices in the kitchen (even the salt container was empty). No food or drink supplies or welcome item of any kind. One bathroom had a single sheet of toilet paper (no spare) upon arrival on a Sunday. What luck we noticed before use. Numerous places had spider webs in the living room and basement bedroom. All problems can easily be fixed. Planning for guests could benefit from a bit more careful thought (or better instructions to cleaning crew). Assuming these improvements, I would recommend enthusiastically.

Provided a detail information of the surrounding environment,including restaurants Big enough Enough equipment for cooking Everything is tidy and well arranged in the house Not enough hot water Lots of insects and cockroaches especially in the toilet Only got 1 key but we have 6 people which is very inconvenient for us when you have to move separately or having different schedule among the group. Silly design of the kitchen, the wooden table and can not be wets Lots of little rules after the booking Poor communication and attitude of the house owner. He didn’t mention that there is a web-camera inside the house, we don’t know is there any other cameras at the house, our privacy become a big concerns.
