Great place off the beaten path safe secure right on the water. I was there for two weeks brought my kayak. The river is absolutely gorgeous. If you like to fish this place is great for coming home and just walking 100 feet and being able to get in the water. The property was clean, no clutter. This is a very relaxing establishment. I highly recommend it for a piece of mine and relaxation.

I had a great experience at Rick's place. The nearest hotel available during my stay was a solid 45 minutes away from the job site I was visiting, Rick's place saved me a lot of time and effort being only 5 minutes away! It was clean, quiet, easy to find, and the place looked exactly as the photos in the listing. Thanks for being a great host, Rick.

Rick was kind and responsive. However he did say the beach was just around the corner but we found that not to be the case. We also never found the dock which was listed in the picture. We found the locks on the doors to not be super secure and as two girls traveling alone would have loved to have an inside lock. Of course the accommodations did satisfy our needs but it definitely was too pricey for what we paid for. We did appreciate however that we could contact Rick if we needed anything.
