Very clean, and spacious. The two sets of stairs are steep, so I would not recommend for anyone for whom that might be difficult. Patricia is a very friendly and accommodating host, as are her two sweet dogs. The location is perfect for any WestPoint visitor. The local drug and grocery stores are across the main road.

Patricia was an excellent host. My two kids felt right at home. Couldn’t have had a better experience. Slept like babies too!

Be aware you will walk directly into their home and there are three separate flights of stairs to climb. May be difficult for anyone with mobility issues or luggage. At the check in time, the host wasn’t there. We were greeted by two medium/large friendly dogs. Their bark was intimidating, but they stopped and just wanted to say hi. Very sweet. We didn’t see the host until our second night (and the only time) when we came in pretty late from a sports event at USMA for our son. Communication took a bit longer than expected, and I would have liked a tutorial or instructions on where the thermostat was, how to work the tv, WiFi info (needs updated on Airbnb), that the downstairs shower was available for use (I had to use the tub with a shower extender before I saw Patricia’s response that came much later than my question - freezing in the open cold room), but the bath soaps/shampoos/face wash choices were fantastic! The bed was super comfy with many pillows and blankets. Overall decent.

Patricia was very hospitalable and flexible with my coming and going pretty late at night. She even baked banana bread! Her 2 dogs are so sweet as well.
