Comfortable independent apartment in the heart of San Vito dei Normanni, close to Brindisi train station and airport, a few kilometers from the sea, Torre Guaceto and Ostuni, not far from Valle d'Itria. Ideal starting point to admire both the Ionian coast (Taranto, San Pietro in Bevagna, Porto Cesareo) and the Adriatic coast (from Monopoli to Torre dell'Orso). It also allows you to easily reach places like Polignano a Mare, Alberobello, Lecce, Otranto, Leuca and Gallipoli. The apartment has just been renovated and with new furniture and given the large spaces available, is ideal for families. It consists of a beautiful vaulted ceiling which surmounts a large living room where there is a sofa bed, a double bedroom with drawers and large closet, a bedroom with 3 beds, closet and small library, a bathroom with shower and a bright living area with full kitchen (stove, oven, refrigerator and microwave) that overlooks a small paved open space. In the house there are 2 air conditioners, in the living room and in the master bedroom, on request you can also have a baby cot and a high chair.

La casa di Sara è molto più bella dal vivo che in foto. Molto più ampia, ariosa, ristrutturata, con elementi di domotica e una cura del dettaglio che la rendono comodissima. Abbiamo viaggiato con un bambino di 2 anni e siamo stati molto bene. Parcheggio alle spalle della zona pedonale, ampio e sempre presente, veramente a pochi metri come segnalato dall’host. Consigliato!

Sara is a very precise and gentle host, with a sharp taste in furnishing. The house is cosy, and with a tasteful simplicity. Its location is superb, right behind the main square and the castle, within a walking distance from shops, market, bars and typical restaurants. Free parking is literally 3 minutes away. The only way to improve the house would be to put an air con in the small bedroom, rather hot as it is now. We found the stay good enough for 4 adults, even though 2 of us had to sleep in a smaller bed. The lack of a washing machine can be a problem for longer vacations. There is an external lavatory for hand washing, which does help.
L'appartamento è molto bello, curato nei minimi particolari! Si trova a due passi dal centro del paese,vicino a molti locali carini e pieni di vita. Sara è discreta e disponile,nel caso serva qualche consiglio in più per girare questa meravigliosa terra! Torneremo sicuramente presto,siamo stati molto bene,grazie per l'ospitalità.
We enjoyed our stay in Sara’s home! Her home is spacious, well equipped and brand new. The location was central to visit Monopoli, Ostuni, Lecce. Been our first time in Puglia we were glad to stay in this cute little town. I highly recommend this place!

To reach the sea and move in nearby places is recommended a car.
