Le chalet est très cosy, nous y avons passé relativement un bon séjour. Bien placé en bord d'eau et dans un endroit calme. Stéphane et Guy ont été réactifs aux messages avant notre arrivée (bien que j'aie dû moi-même demander les instructions d'arrivée). En revanche, plusieurs points négatifs : nous n'avons pas pu profiter du jacuzzi car il était non fonctionnel (c'était la raison principale de notre choix de location donc grosse déception), pas de bois fournis pour la cheminée et le système de chauffage de la salle de bain ne fonctionnait pas. Le lave-vaisselle était également hors d'usage. De plus, il a été assez difficile de communiquer avec Guy et Stéphane une fois les dysfonctionnements annoncés. Je suis d'ailleurs toujours dans l'attente d'une réponse pour une compensation financière au vu des problèmes rencontrés. Nous comprenons bien sûr que des équipements puissent tomber en panne, mais nous nous attendons à un geste pour contrebalancer ces désagréments.

Nous avons passé un beau moment en famille, nous avons pu relaxer ! Nous avons apprécié que notre chien puisse nous accompagné. Un beau petit chalet agréable, chaleureux et fonctionnel ! merci beaucoup !!!

Definitely a peaceful area to be in, Very beautiful view of the water at the back, I recommend this place if you’re travelling this way. It’s not far from the town as well :)

We had a beautiful time at this cottage! The hot tub, the lake, the bbq! The tv room and the playground nearby! Everything was lovely and my kids want to go back every year.

Stephane and Guy were excellent hosts! They were quick to respond with any concerns and, in fact, texted and called to let me know they filled the propane and had the hot tub ready. They went above and beyond to ensure a smooth and lovely vacation. The house is very clean, well decorated, and is located on the river, so you have privacy and a lovely view of it and the lake. We were very happy with the home and wish we could stay forever. Thank you, Guy and Stephane, for opening up your home to us! We will return, hopefully, for longer next time because it was exactly what we needed!
