The place is generally as described. It's one of a few groups of townhouses in the area. The place was clean, tidy, had most of the amenities needed for a stay. Overall, we'd consider staying here again but there's a few things that stand out as problematic for us. Now, take note, if you plan to go out and explore, golf, anything not in the place, it's more than fine. Now, those caveats... internet is rough. Router is from 2011 (literally, a Belkin N150) and tops out at about 20mbit/s. No idea if the modem is the same age, but I wouldn't be surprised. It does reach the whole house, but connection to websites, zoom, etc, ping stutters from 25ms to a Bend ISP up to 900ms. Hard to use for anything live. TVs, all tiny. Master shower is tiny (I'm a bigger individual). Anyone larger or over 6ft will struggle. Showerhead is not removable and low pressure. Washer and Dryer are old, leave clothes smelling "toasty". Fireplace exhaust is burning the side of the house. Beds, you feel the springs.

Cozy, clean condo that suited our needs perfectly. Had a family get together and took advantage of a very well stocked kitchen. Made a pre-Thanksgiving turkey dinner. No issues with wifi and fireplace really heats up the place. We brought a bunch of games, but the unit is very well stocked with them, so didn't need to. Weather was rainy so we didn't take advantage of the awesome patio deck much. Only critique would be the master bedroom shower was built for really small people, which we are not. Our personal preference would be to replace the soaking tub with a ginormous shower. The hot tub at the pool and rec area was out of commission which was quite a bummer. Would definitely recommend Trevor and Carlys place!!!

Our stay was short and we were busy so we didn't take advantage of the resorts gym and outdoor activities. We absolutely loved that it was quiet and easy to find. Very grateful that there is a washer and dryer. Had an enjoyable stay.

We had three couples, so six people total staying. Proximity to the golf course, restaurant, and store is great. It's an easy walk on the trails to the lodge. We cooked most of our meals, and the kitchen and bbq grill worked great for us. The home isn't huge, but cozy and comfortable, and a great value compared to other Running Y options. If we return to the area, we will look it up again.
