Super clean and spacious. Conveniently located near Clematis Street, which is lined with pubs and restaurants. Lots of evening activities just a few blocks away. Off street parking is very limited which was a little stressful each evening upon our return.

address goes to a rental company, who had no idea of the air bnb, as they said they do not allow air bnb at this building. they did direct us to the proper way in, but when we got locked into the pool area because our key fob and code did not work...due to management, host gave us an app yo download. then all worked fine. heck in is reported at noon, but upon arrival, said we need to wait until 4pm. ad says carpet is brand new, no. overall still fine, clean place, other than shower curtain.

This was our second stay at this condo. It’s an excellent location, the building amenities are great and the check in process was very easy. The host was also very responsive when I had questions during my stay.

There’s a lot to discuss in this review. Firstly, the location and amenities like the gym and pool were excellent, deserving positive feedback. However, the property lacked basic necessities such as hand soap, dish soap, shampoo, and body wash, despite being listed as included amenities. Additionally, there was a shortage of hand towels and face cloths. Furthermore, the dishwasher’s top shelf was broken, and the coffee pot (Keurig) only had decaf pods available. The shower curtain in the second bathroom was filthy, with an orange color, and there was a foul odor emanating from the master bath, likely due to lack of use. Some reviews noted nonexistent shower pressure in one of the showers, possibly caused by mineral deposits in the shower head. Prestige, the management company was responsive when we were locked out, providing a smart app for unlocking, but otherwise slow to respond. Although they promised to address the lack of basic supplies promptly, it took more than 24 hours to do
