This is the second time I have stayed here and it once again exceeded my expectations and what I remembered from the time before. This is a warm, comfortable and pristine clean home that wraps you in comfort and will have you wanting for nothing as all amenities are available. The area is quiet and blissful with a most beautiful view from the balcony on which you can sit and eat. With only a ten minute walk into town you could still stop for a coffee and treat along the way at one of the several coffee shops. Without a doubt, this is a home that I will return to again and again as it makes my stay in Como so joyful. Thank you to Claudia and her husband for being such a marvelous hostess and host.

We enjoyed our 6 nights at Claudia’s place. It’s a great space, with lots of room, clean, great Wi-Fi, hot showers with lots of water pressure,… Wonderful location as very peaceful and quiet yet short walking distance to everything in Como. Host was easy to communicate with and friendly. I’d highly recommend! You do need to be able to handle a few narrow steps up to the loft.

Claudias Apartment ist sehr schön und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Alles war blitzsauber und wir haben uns sofort wohl gefühlt. Die Lage ist ruhig, aber trotzdem zentral genug, um das Stadtzentrum und den Hafen fußläufig zu erreichen. Die Kommunikation mit Claudia verlief reibungslos und wir wurden sehr nett willkommen geheißen. Wir können die Unterkunft auf jeden Fall weiter empfehlen. Vielen Dank!

Claudia’s apartment is stunning! The photos on Air B&B don’t show how beautiful it really is! We felt so welcome right from the start and throughout our stay. Claudia and her daughter were only ever a text away and if we needed anything. They give us loads of recommendations for restaurants, supermarkets and things to do which was very helpful! Only a 10 minute walk from the centre of Como and train/bus services! We would 100% recommend Claudia’s apartment!
