Very cool old house in a fabulous location on the Riverwalk. Clean, comfortable, well equipped. Roland is a super, SUPER host. We’d go back in a heartbeat!

The cottage was in a perfect location directly on the river walk. The bedrooms were spacious and each had its own bathroom which was great for the individuals in our group. It's a quirky place but that's what added to the charm of our stay. Roland and Margaret were responsive hosts who quickly got us an iron and hair dryer upon request.

The old feel and charm of the ‘cabin’ made our stay memorable. The bedrooms are large and it was great having a bathroom attached to each. Our family had plenty of space to spread out and have privacy. Of course, being on the riverwalk and away from the hustle and bustle of the commercial end was wonderful and exactly what we had hoped for. The beds were all very comfortable and the linens were great. There is a grocery store close by and we were able to walk into town, to the Mexican market, the Alamo and more. It’s a great location. We did not realize that the house is a part of the bed and breakfast and that breakfast is a daily option. That was a nice surprise. The kitchen was well stocked. Roland and Margaret are very responsive and were able to provide assistance when needed.
