Disappointing Experience - Misleading and Uncomfortable Rating: ★☆☆☆☆ Total disappointment. The cancellation process was a nightmare, leaving me stuck with a booking I wanted to cancel within just a few minutes of booking. I called them more than a dozen times. No one responded to me for hours. The rental was overpriced for its size and lacked promised amenities. The room didn't match the photos and description, and there were very short laundry supplies based on our stay was for 4 days. Hard to find trash cans as stated and wasn't possible to reach for help at times. The presence of insects and flies in the bathrooms, rooms, and kitchen was appalling. We also found a lot of spider webs around the bathroom and vanity areas. The place also had mold-like smell in towels, rooms, and furniture. The lack of air conditioning with poor ventilation made it unbearable, and the dirty balcony furniture rendered it unusable. A truly terrible experience.

I can’t say enough great things about this stay! The host, Natural Retreats was amazing to work with. They answered some questions I had prior to checking in very quickly and professionally. The house itself was amazing, great value, beautiful updates throughout, and I appreciated the baby gates to keep our little ones contained and away from the stairs. Checkout was a breeze and I appreciated that they take care of everything for you. 10/10, we look forward to coming back!

Great place for the weekend especially for the price. Dinner Lake was about a 20 minute drive. Only downfall is that townhouse can get a bit warm without AC, and the steps can be difficult for those that are unable to climb 3 floors. But other wise we enjoyed the weekend at this townhouse.
