I had a horrific 2-night stay at Kasper's. Most significantly, I was framed for damages to the room on the second night of my stay 4 days after checking out of the listing. Be warned - there is no way to lock the bedroom door, there are pre-existing damages to furniture in the room that aren't disclosed or in the line of sight (i.e. turned towards the wall), and if you don't proactively document them and share within the first 24 hours to Airbnb support, even with time-stamped and dated photos taken within the initial 24-hour window of arrival, Airbnb won't support the Guest (you) for any claims brought against you. We are living in strange times! This is coming from someone (me) who's used Airbnb for over a decade and has twice been a Super Host, with a mint record of reviews from previous stays, who works in high-touch design. Specific to the stay, the actual room & en suite bathroom did not reflect the images presented in the listing. The shower curtain was covered in pink and black mold, the sink and floors were dirty (clearly from lack of regular deep cleans), the wifi was spotty at best--had to switch to a phone call when video wouldn't be supported by ample bandwidth, the bed isn't made upon arrival (it's not a hostel?!), the sheets I was provided didn't fit the mattress or duvet and ones that did fit couldn't be provided until the next day. Much of the host's personal effects were everywhere from the bathroom cubby, so no storage space to hang or store your clothes in the room. The listing shows lit candles but the host informs you that they are not part of the listing and that if you would like to borrow "his" candles, you need to procure matches on your own. On the second night of my stay, 2 of the lamps in the room mysteriously stopped working (worked fine on night 1), and the host asks you to troubleshoot. Be aware - he looks for you to point out items that aren't functioning properly and then uses this to frame you outside of the initial 24-hour window. The point is, be very careful if you decide to book this listing. The hosts (3 of them) are not onsite however the other rooms are fully booked out, so it feels more like a co-living situation or hostel than having private space. You may also be told the day of your arrival that the living room is off limits. I've spent considerable time in Copenhagen over many years and have stayed in some of the city's top hotels -- Hotel Sanders, Nobis, etc. If you care about design, hospitality, hospitable service, and a safe place to sleep, consider looking elsewhere as you will be disappointed here, and potentially liable for damages to items you didn't even know were pre-arrival-cosmetically-damaged, with no recourse.

Wir haben uns grundsätzlich wohl gefühlt. Während unseres Aufenthalts war Lea als Host vor Ort, alle anderen Zimmer waren vermietet. Das Bad war bei unserer Ankunft nicht sauber, die Toilette haben wir daher erstmal gereinigt. Die Kommunikation war nett und freundlich, fand aber auch vor Ort mit Lea nur über den Chat statt. Dadurch fühlte sich das Zusammenwohnen etwas verkrampft an. Der Check-in mit der Schlüsselbox kann scheinbar noch optimiert werden. Es kam zwei Mal vor, dass andere Gäste nicht reinkamen. Durch die tolle Lage und schöne Wohnung würden wir die Unterkunft eventuell wieder buchen!

The bed is really large and the windows in the bathroom are ideal for some constant airflow. This is _the_ place to retreat to after a packed day in the city! Strong recommendations!
