Cozy place. Just a quick half mile walk to Park Avenue and all it has to offer. I would stay again in the future.

What a great place to stay!! Was exactly like the pics, walking distance to everything, parking spaces, tons of amenities and I would highly recommend this place to others!! Host was very responsive and did everything to make us feel welcome!! Thx again!!

I gave this location 4 stars overall because of the location. It's walkable to downtown Winter Park and Hannibal Square. It's a pretty decent condo in a nice community. Easy to find, easy check in, easy parking. The place however was not very clean when I checked in: dirty bathroom, dusty living room, greasy hood in the kitchen. I had to do a fair amount of clean up myself, which isn't fun when you are paying an $80 cleaning fee. The host didn't really do anything to remedy it when I reported the cleanliness issues, and in fact he didn't check on me once during my entire 2 week stay, which I thought was odd. The Miele washer and dryer work great and there is plenty of storage space in the apartment for your clothes and belongings for a longer stay. There are bikes available for renters to ride, and the pool area is nice. Overall, I would say I might consider staying again when I'm in Winter Park. I realize that sometimes cleaners get in a rush, and I didn't let it ruin my stay.
