The chef’s kitchen is done in crisp whites with quartz and french tile. There is a waterfall quartz island and French tile backsplash. Of course, the kitchen is fully stocked with all the equipment and gadgets you need to prepare a gourmet feast on the beach, including the latest in K cups coffee makers. The wood plank floors are done in stunning natural driftwood. The living room and dining areas feature a wall of panoramic doors opening to a beautiful deck with massive ocean and beach views. Six designer decorated bedrooms feature beautiful and fresh coastal decor. Since this is a single-family beachfront home and not a condo, you share none of the property with others and have no street or sidewalk between your home and the ocean views. Of course, we have smart TV's and free high-speed WIFI. Layout: When you enter the beach house from the street, our main level features a modern kitchen and great room along with two bedrooms, each with a queen bed. There is also a full bath with tub on this level. Downstairs there are four more bedrooms and two more bathrooms. Go out of the lower back door to reach the second ocean view entertainment deck. This is a perfect spot to bbq and have dinner while watching a sunsets. Beyond the deck is a nice lawn and finally, after the lawn is your private sandy area of the backyard. It's the perfect spot to have a bonfire and roast marshmallows. Your private back yard has plenty of fresh sand to catch some sun or for the kiddos to make sandcastles The location of this property makes it an easy walk to the many new and fun places to eat such as Hello Betty, Local Tap House, Craft Coast and Bagbys. The movie theater and ice cream shops are an easy stroll away. Make sure you spend time collecting seashells, building sandcastles, and playing games on the beach near the pier. You can take walks to the nearby pier area for fun, dining, shopping, and entertainment. The beach village of Oceanside is now home to over 30 new gastropubs, all within walking distance or a short trip on your beach cruiser. You can even walk to the Ice cream shops in the day and restaurants at night. This is the ultimate in beach living and once you stay here you will want to return year after year! Note: We always have sand in the back yard for the kids to make sandcastles and dig. Please note this is a vibrant and active beach community. There can be noise from a variety of people, neighbors, cars , noise, nearby construction, seawall repair, city workers, gardeners and even noisy crashing waves. This home does not have direct public beach access due to current sand levels. We will fence the yard for safety when needed. We cant control these items or the weather- but we will try. For beach and ocean access We recommend a fun walk to the big sandy beach up around the pier area as a great place for boogie boarding, swimming and walking on the beach.
