Our stay was less than 24 hours, unfortunately. But we really enjoyed the time we had. Everything was easy (directions, check-in) and enjoyable (space was private, clean, had all the amenities one could want). Lazara and Alessandro were kind and welcoming. We really hope to visit again; this time for longer.

Atenas is located between the Pacific and San Jose, just 35 minutes by car from the Juan Santamaría airport and is known for having one of the world's best climates. The accommodation is suitable as a base for further exploration or a first / last night before / after your vacation in Costa Rica. Guests find luxury, peace and privacy and the opportunity to work (home office - with good wifi) in nature.
Atenas, with many bus routes, is a 5-minute drive from the property (taxi about $ 3.50). Public transportation is available to the main destinations (Puntarenas beach, San José city, etc.). Ask the owner who is always present or available. Atenas is a beautiful little provincial city with all the main services of doctor, clinic, pharmacy, post office, bank and many restaurants and bars.
