Very happy will definitely book again
The photos of the apartment are about 8-10 years old, all the furniture is the same, but the apartment is worn-out. There's no sea-view, beacuse a new storey was built on the bouilding front of it. We found mold on the curtains, the furniture old and damaged, this apartment is not luxurios at all. There's a lot of artificial flower in the apartment and all of them really dirty. As we arrived it was very cold in the apartment, it was not heated, in such conditions 3 euros per day is not enough for electricity. The place is huge, so I suggest not to rent in winter/ spring, because the electircity is really expensive and you can only heat with airconditioning.
Appartement propre et bien équipé/décoré. Globalement conforme aux photos malgré quelques petits défauts de finition mais rien de grave. En revanche la photo du balcon avec vue sur la mer et le petit-déjeuner ne correspond pas du tout à la réalité. On aperçoit juste un petit bout de mer par dessus les toits des immeubles en face. Autre point à prévoir, on a droit à 3 euros d'électricité par jour, ensuite il faut compléter dans un monnayeur intégré au compteur électrique. Nous on a tenu 5 jours sur 7, ensuite on a dû compléter. Nous n'avons pas vu le propriétaire ni à l'arrivée ni au départ. Mais il est très sympathique et joignable rapidement sur WhatsApp. Parking gratuit dans la rue mais il faut parfois chercher un peu. Petit supermarché à 3 minutes à pied de l'appartement. L'ascenseur était en panne (4e étage), ce n'est pas la faute du propriétaire mais vérifiez qu'il soit réparé avant de réserver... Très bien dans l'ensemble.
La casa es enorme, muy bien equipada y limpia. La comunicación es bastante directa lo que se agradece ya que se hace a través de WhatsApp
Everything was perfect and as depicted in the photos. Apartment incredibly spacious and equipped in a quiet residential area. All instructions accurate and very good communication with the owner. I strongly suggest this apartment, my compliments.
