Can’t say enough about the helpful staff. We had a heck of a time entring there bc of car trouble, so we were a bit on the late side, but they were wonderful and welcoming and super accommodating. We loved this place! The rooms were so cute and all the art is just so cool! Loved it!

I stayed at Metro Hotel for a business trip. The hotel is fine. Very clean and the staff is nice. The location is good too. However, the rooms are old and a bit dated. There is no elevator. The beds are not comfortable. At night I could hear noises from the street. No blackout shades and really big windows, so lots of light to wake you up in the morning.

Go ahead book it. Metro is best spot to stay in SF. Customer service is superb & location is perfect/walkable to many great spots.
