Other than slow response time, everything was perfect! Very clean and was exactly like the pictures. It was very nice to be left muffins and other breakfast items.

We loved that we could walk from the loft to restaurants and The Katy Trail for hiking. Chandrika and team were very responsive to us when we needed them. Do keep in mind that there is another guest downstairs and that quiet hours are strictly enforced (10PM-9AM I think?). My daughter and two friends came to see us from Mizzou between 6:30 and 7:30 and we got a noise complaint from the renter below. I know not every renter would make such complaints, bummer that the person below us did though and then we felt paranoid that we were being too loud (we weren’t). Can’t wait to return to this cute quaint beautiful area! And I would stay here again!
