Top-notch service and communications. Scott was very responsive when I inquired about his listing and provided all the information for a seamless check-in. The resort was very nice, and the room provided a beautiful view of the bay. We will definitely look for Scott's listing for future travel.

Firstly, I’d like to thank Scott for helping my family out in a pinch. We were staying at another property when the day before checkout our return flight was cancelled as a result of TS Grace. We had to leave the next day so the next renter could come in and needed a place to stay until we could get another flight home. While Scott’s property requires a min. 2-night stay we took it even though we only needed one night. The one night rate was competitive but having to pay 2 nights is why I rated the value as a 4 vs. a 5. This is a Wyndham requirement and not Scott’s so no fault of his. Scott was very responsive with all my questions and promptly processed our last minute request and sent the confirmation info. The grounds of Margaritaville are relatively new and well manicured. They have a secure entrance and the resort felt very safe. The beach was the only exception to this which was covered with seaweed and had a not so pleasant smell. Hopefully they clean the up soon as I would not have been happy if I was staying here for the beach. Two pools were available, a cafe, and a restaurant. The resort is in a great location about 20 minutes from the airport and 5-10 minutes to Red Hook. The staff we encountered were all very friendly and accommodating. This particular room was on the hill and they provide golf cart transportation making it easy to get around and transport luggage. The room was very clean, had a nice balcony, full kitchen, and a decent size. The one bedroom worked perfectly for my family of 4. I’d definitely work with Scott again for future needs. I’m sure the beach situation is only temporary here and other than that I would consider staying here again for my next visit.
