Fully equipped kitchen and dining area with ample additional space making this property the perfect home-from-home. The whole house comes equipped with oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer. The dining area can seat up to 12 guests. The house can cater for each individual stay with 6 double bedrooms, 2 of which have zip and link beds which can be either set up as doubles or split into singles, please state the required configuration when booking. Each bedroom has wardrobe and drawer space for your belongings during your stay and a hairdryer will be provided. The living area has 2 large sofas and a flat screen TV. The kitchen diner includes a 12-seater table with bench seating and the upstairs outdoor area consists of a balcony with a table and chairs. The two bathrooms can be found on the first floor and the lower ground floor – which include a shower room and a full family bathroom, there is also a WC ground floor next to the kitchen. We cannot accommodate pets at this property. Decibel Counter As this is a residential area there is a quiet time in place from 9pm to 9am. The property is fitted with a Db meter which records noise levels and times to protect you and our neighbours. The device does not record conversations, only noise levels. CCTV Please note that we have CCTV covering the external areas of the property which is installed to protect you and our neighbours.

Great stay !
Really nice place to stay, plenty of room, clean, tidy, and Mark was great at communicating and offering nearby recommendations.
The house was tidy, but the dinning table was not clean. The radiators at the bottom floor did not work, so I could not use the rooms at the bottom floor.
