Wir waren eine Woche in Peres wunderschönem Haus und haben jede Minute genossen. Am Anfang hat man die Straße noch wahrgenommen, aber das hielt nur ein paar Stunden an. Wir haben die Privatsphäre sehr genossen, der Pool und die Terrasse laden zum ausgedienten faulenzen ein. Wir kamen schon sehr früh morgens an und es war kein Problem schon früh ins Haus zu kommen. Pere hat es uns ermöglicht, was das ganze mit einem Baby sehr angenehm gemacht hat. Das Haus ist mit allem nötigen ausgestattet, uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Was die Lage angeht ist es von den beiden Stränden schon ein Stück zu laufen, aber wer ein Auto hat für den ist es kein Problem. Mehrere Supermärkte sind in 3-5 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar und alle sind sehr gut sortiert. Der Hafen mit seinen zahlreichen Restaurants und Geschäften ist in ca 15 Minuten erreichbar. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen.

As peaceful or a busy as you'd like your trip to be, this place located in almost the perfect location! Self-Check In was fantastically easy. Pere advised us a few days before that we'd get more instructions on the morning of arrival. These were sent, as promised, during our flight over. The Villa was immaculate, everywhere, inside and out. We couldn't have asked for it to be any cleaner! There were no surprises hiding behind doors, everything was exactly as expected. Leaving the front gate you can go left to a couple of snack bars, restaurants, 3 supermarkets; that's within a genuine 5 minute walk. If you go right it takes you right down to the harbour area where there's a lot more variety as well as a shopping centre; that's just a 10/15 walk depending on your pace. We also hired a car which meant day trips to Fornells (30 Minute) and Ciutadella de Menorca (15 Minute) we super easy to get to from the Villa. Pere was a fantastic host, we'd love to go again, if allowed :)

Séjour merveilleux. Nous avons adoré la maison, propre avec tous les équipements nécessaires. Pere a été un très bon hôte toujours disponible. La route devant la maison est un peu passante mais dès que l’on est sur la terrasse on est tout de suite isolé entouré d’arbres et d’oiseaux. La piscine a été un réel plus. Bonne localisation à 15 min de Ciutadella, 25 min des plus belles plages de l’île( son saura, turqueta, macarella).

Beautiful clean Villa great location for a family holiday. A short walk to the Harbour and restaurants in Cala n Bosh and beaches a 15 minute bus trip away from Cuitadella with a bus stop almost directly outside the villa. Pool a little cool for early summer but lovely on a hot day.

Alojamiento de 10, zona tranquila pero con todos los servicios a mano. Pere un anfitrión genial llegamos antes por el vuelo y nos dejó entrar antes, muy atento. Recomendado 100%
