James was a great host! He is very hospitable and prompt with communication. The place is clean, and it is located in a nice neighborhood. Major routes are close by, yet it is quiet. Plenty of storage in the kitchen as well. The room is on the second floor, so it can get warm in the summer. James provides AC and a fan, but I would recommend inquiring about the AC schedule to make sure you are ok with it. Highly recommend staying!
