Hi! Thanks for considering our spot! Our home is a penthouse with terrace in front of the ocean. Ideal for families and remote workers! Fantastic spot for practicing windsurf, kitesurf, sailing and golf. We accept short, mid and long term monthly rentals. This is our own home, please treat it with care like it was yours :) Directly in front of the sea, a big spacious living room with an open kitchen. Access to a large private terrace (with wooden floors), an outdoor chillout area and a big dining table. Sunbeds and BBQ. The apartment has 3 bedrooms (2 of them ensuite), 3 full bathrooms, and a guest W.C. 2 of them also have private balconies. Indoor parking space included in the same building. Elevator in the building too. Ideal for families (kids chairs, crib, beach toys, etc.)

We had a fantastic stay at this oceanfront condo. The view from the balcony is breathtaking, and we couldn't have asked for a more beautiful setting for our getaway. The condo is immaculate, and the attention to detail is evident. Casa maravilhosa! Com todas as comodidades, grande e bem organizada. Junto à praia e com vistas fantásticas sobre a mesma. A casa cumpre o que é descrito e o que se vê nas fotografias. A comunicação com o anfitrião foi super acessível e este está sempre disponível. Estadia impecável, recomendo este alojamento!
La casa de Juan es preciosa. Aún más bonita en la realidad que en las fotos. Decorada con muy buen gusto, muy amplia, y con unas vistas espectaculares. Estuvimos 7 adultos y 2 bebés. Tuvimos espacio de sobra y la casa disponía de todo tipo de accesorios necesarios para hacernos sentir como en casa. La piscina está fenomenal y la playa está literalmente debajo de casa. Hemos sido unos privilegiados de haber podido disfrutar nuestras vacaciones aquí!! Además Juan es un anfitrión fantástico y ha estado en continuo contacto con nosotros.
Incredible place to stay! The views of the ocean are so beautiful and the place is very clean and comfortable. This place is perfect for larger families — we stayed here with our baby and toddler and their grandparents, and the layout was great for our big group. Everyone had plenty of space and privacy, and each room has its own bathroom. Juan was a very friendly and responsive host and kindly accommodated our needs by providing a crib and high chair for the baby. The location was convenient, right on the beach, next door to Hotel Playa de la Luz, and an easy walk to the town center. Staying at this place was a treat!
L'appartamento di Juan è un bellissimo open space fronte mare.Spazi ottimamente utilizzati con separazione dalle ampia zona giorno con la spaziosa zona notte. Il terrazzo è splendido cosi come la vista sull'oceano. La casa è pulita e dotata di tutti i confort. Posto auto nel garage direttamente comunicante con l'alloggio. Facile da raggiungere ed ubicato a pochi minuti dal centro di Rota e dalle principali strade che conducono a Cadiz e Sevilla. Juan è stato un host attento e gentile,sempre in comunicazione con noi e pronto a fornirci ogni indicazione utile. Rapida e puntuale la consegna delle chiavi e la spiegazione delle regole della casa.Per questo un grazie a Diego! Consigliatissimo , credo diventeremo suoi affezionati clienti! Se volete godervi Rota ed i suoi dintorni non potrete trovare posto migliore!!

We are in a quiet residential area of Rota. You can easily walk to several restaurants and beach bars.
On a windy day, you'll find plenty of people practicing windsurf, kitesurf and sailing on the beach.
You will be able to rent out tennis/padel courts in the Hotel Playa de la Luz nearby, as well as several sports centers and gyms.
There are hospitals and multiple services in town too (massage, physio, dentist, etc.)
There is public transportation nearby, a taxi stop, bicycle lane (and rentals).
It's very easy to walk everywhere too. 20 mins walk into the old town.
There is a parking space in the building you can use, and free parking on the street.
