Kim's place was super comfortable and convenient! Very easy to find by car, road parking was convenient, and the space was fantastic for our five-day stay. Small but cosy, private, and extremely well laid out. Kim was very thoughtful and flexible with our late check-in! Amazing stay and will definitely be staying again!

Un logement impeccable et conforme a la description. Dans un quartier très calme et bien desservi en transport, ce qui permet d’être rapidement dans le centre de Belfast. Kim est attentionnée et soucieuse du détail. Elle répond rapidement et est toujours disponible pour y répondre au mieux. Très très bon séjour chez Kim, nous recommandons !

Clean apartment and nice location—just one bus away from Belfast city centre (20 min). It is good for one person and can feel crammed with two people. Unfortunately, there were a few inconveniences. There are a lot of house rules, which were not necessarily difficult, but can be overwhelming for guests trying to stay on top of all the rules. For example, you are required to open the windows to alleviate moisture, but the unit is located near several trees in the backyard, which results in bugs entering the unit. This is also the first time I have stayed in a unit with an oven you are not allowed to use for less than a week stay. With a limited kitchen, it is crucial to have access to an oven for those who use it for frozen foods or convenience. We used it by accident—and cleaned it when we realized the strange rule—but the host charged us an extra fee and had an issue with it. There is also only one small portable stovetop, making it impossible to cook a few things at once.
