Beautiful home. Linens are crisp and clean, beds are comfortable, kitchen has the essentials and there are plenty of places to relax and enjoy the most amazing views. Note that the bedrooms are on the second and third floors - might not be a perfect home for small children or those challenged by stairs. We loved Poole - it was very easy to wander and explore the area without a car. Close to trains, buses and ferries. Quay holidays are very responsive hosts. They are very buttoned up and professional.

Hannah’s place is wonderful, very nicely furnished in a nautical theme, and we had a great time. The location is great and the area so beautiful. You get a wonderful view from the main bedroom which is lovely to wake up to. Be mindful though that you are dealing with an agency during check-in and I wasn’t best pleased with the way I was spoken to (calling me whilst I’m at work right the day before asking very strange questions, not even explaining why, e.g. why we’re only staying for 2 nights - this was Friday, Saturday btw, obviously it’s the weekend) - basically the way of communicating could be majorly improved. The house was great, very clean, tidy and had great finishing touches! The decor and views are what make this so special, it really was lovely seeing the sunrises/sunsets! The agent called to check on how our stay was which was great. The only issue is that the two rainfall shower heads didn’t work properly, but they had a secondary shower head that did work! Would stay again!

Superb location, the property has been tasteful yet practically designed. Maximising on the wonderful views from the central spaces. Incredibly clean and excellent quality of all the facilities. Would stay again.
