We celebrated our oldest son’s 40th birthday so the whole family was there. There were enough beds/bedrooms for everyone. The pool and spa were the highlight as we had little ones so staying close to home for naps and early bedtimes was a must and this gave everyone else something to do. Everything you need for little ones is also available in the house making packing so much easier! Two kitchens is also nice even though we didn’t cook in the downstairs kitchen it was nice to have extra silverware or glasses, an extra fridge-and even a deep freeze plus it’s right off the pool. It was our first trip to Key Largo and we loved the house!

This place has everything , especially for family’s . We came to Key Largo with my grandkids , the pool / hot tub was the highlight for them ! We lived in the back yard . The day after we got back my grandkids were asking “ can we go back to the beach house ?” Thank you Eli for being so accommodating for our late flight home !

What a beautiful property. Eli was amazing and so responseive and nice. I mean there wasn't much to ask besides me telling her how beautiful her home was probably a 100x. Home is exactly how it shows it worked so perfectly for our family purposes. The house literally has everything as listed games, baby items, extra pool towels...there is shampoo, conditioner, body wash, snacks when you walk in, and most of all the back yard is amazing. The neighbors were nice and the neighborhood was quiet. The check out list was so easy and as long as you treat it as your own there's not much to do when you leave. We absolutely can't wait to come back. Thanks again Eli!!!

I had a group of 12 college kids come down for spring break to stay in the house. It was absolutely beautiful and Elizabeth was such a wonderful host. She was always responsive and took good care of us.
