Filippo war super super nett und hat schon einige Tage vor unserem Aufenthalt unsere Fahrräder entgegen genommen und untergestellt, die wir per Post gesendet haben. Die Unterkunft ist super und es war kein Problem, spontan noch eine Nacht hinzu zu buchen. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit. Lieben Dank!

Intero appartamento a nostra disposizione, ad una minima distanza dal centro di Ferrara. Tutto molto accomodante e curato per non far mancare niente! Ottimo!

As always when I use Airbnb, I give honest feedback. I found the host rude. I asked a question on my second day if it’s possible to add an extra 2 nights. The apartment was showing as available on Airbnb. The host didn’t reply and blocked the apartment off for the following 2 weeks. I also asked if he knew of anyone locally renting long term, as I’m relocating to Italy. Locals in Italy often have friends or know people who are renting apartments better than the local estate agents (who in Italy are a nightmare) I didn’t ask anything which is unreasonable, rude or beyond normality. It’s both professional and courtesy to reply, even if it is a simple I am sorry no. Also the WiFi password was written in a fashion that was unreadable and around 20 characters long. To give the host credit where it is due he did come to the apartment when I arrived to help with the WiFi. The apartment itself was ok. (Clean, well equipped kitchen & the host had left water and biscuits for guests) The washing machine was behind a door marked private even though the listing said washing machine. Location is near to a mall and some pizza shops and cafes. It’s about 20 minutes by bus from the train station. My honest feedback!
