The loft was in the perfect location, extremely clean, organized and spacious. The pictures depict the loft perfectly other than the space is actually bigger than it appears in the photos. The beds and furniture were very comfortable. The kitchen had everything you would need, however, we ate out most of the time since we were downtown with plenty of options to choose from. We truly enjoyed being downtown. The bathrooms were clean and stocked with the essentials. Although there are several lofts in the building we rarely saw anyone else and it was pretty quiet. The parking was easy and close to the entry. The hosts were very attentive and easy to work with. Check out was a breeze. We truly enjoyed our stay, and with our son off to Baylor in August, I anticipate staying here again in the future.

Great spot, have stayed in this building before. Close to all things Magnolia. Perfect spot for the 5 of us. Clean and comfortable, living room furniture was perfect for our group to gather and watch tv in the evenings. Thx for having coffee there for us!

This was an absolutely beautiful place to stay. The host was quick to respond to all our questions and minor maintenance issue. The condo was spotless and fresh and the decor is perfect for its surroundings. The room with the bunk beds was so unique and fun! All beds were so comfortable! The walk to Magnolia was so easy and quick and there’s a darling bookstore with a coffee shop right next door. Amazing! The only thing that was outside the host’s control is the thin walls to the hallway. The neighbors arrived our second night and we were able to hear their conversations with both doors closed. The local train could be heard through the night from the room by the street but if you’re a heavy sleeper, that’s no problem. My only suggestion would be to have blackout blinds on that far bedroom by the road for the not-so-early risers. I would 10/10 stay here again!! We loved our stay and hope to be back in the future.
