Laura’s place was nice, clean, and quiet. I appreciated all the extra amenities she had! I was traveling solo and felt super safe in the neighborhood as well as my room. It’s a great location that’s secluded from highways and high traffic areas. There’s a park, restaurants, and hiking trails very close by. I would definitely recommend this place for your next stay!

Laura’s place had everything I needed and everything I didn’t know I need! She clearly put a lot of thought into the guest experience with nice touches like fresh flowers, snacks, beverages, and notes to clarify how things work. It was a quiet, private, and comfortable space with great proximity to local trails. I felt right at home and would absolutely recommend!

Super chill place to stay for the night or longer. When traveling by myself I would pick a place like this over a hotel 11/10 times.

This is THE place to stay in Thousand Oaks, a perfect intimate Oasis for one, with a fantastic host. It's a restful and quiet place, perfect refuge to reset after a day in nature (hiking in the beautiful parks nearby or gallivanting around beaches...) Laura is responsive, present and helpful, as well as respectful of your space. The room is comfy and has all you need for a peaceful stay. You'll love it, I'm sure!

I had an amazing time staying at Laura’s place! It was peaceful and so close to a beautiful waterfall hiking trail and the beach. I really enjoyed my stay here and would definitely come back!
