A shabby old building with this apartment that was dusty and filled with small dirt here and there. Very clean and comfortable beds. View of the roof. Walking distance to the beach.

Appartamento bellissimo, a due passi dal lungomare. Tutti i comfort inclusi (lavatrice, aria condizionata, lavastoviglie etc.). Balcone con vista mare.

Gentili, celeri, corretti ed esatti. Ogni nostra richiesta è stata esaudita immediatamente (tazze aggiuntive grandi, ulteriore lenzuolo, sacchetti per immondizia, straii, ombrellone ed asciugamani per la spiaggia). Comunicazione gentile e rispettosa. Il prezzo è abbastanza alto, ma nell'arco della normalità di appartamenti ben forniti, con vista mare e aria condizionata.

We spent only one night in this apartment and city and wished we could have spent more! The view was gorgeous and the apartment was comfortable with all the amenities needed. It is one block from a beautiful, expansive beach and pristine blue sea. There are restaurants and bars adjacent to the beach and umbrellas and chairs are available. The hosts are friendly and very responsive. Check in and parking were easy. I highly recommend this apartment for a relaxing stay at the beach.

Abbiamo soggiornato una notte nell appartamento io , il mio compagno e il mio bambino di 7 mesi. La casa è davvero bella ed accogliente. Ordine e pulizia impeccabili. La casa ha tutto ciò che occorre, non manca niente . Una vista dalla finestra del salone stupenda sul mare, un balcone dove godersi il sole e le belle giornate . Vicinissima non solo al mare ma a tutte le comodità ed il centro di Civitanova marche . Giulia e sua mamma sono state super gentili, ospitali e disponibili !!delle persone splendide !Sicuramente torneremo !
