Such an amazing experience. My husband and I stayed there with our 4 kids. Our first time in Puerto Rico and it was AWESOME! The house is beautiful ,clean , and fun. We were a 5 min walk to the beach. Safe and quiet. So much for kids to do and so much space so you’re not on top of each other. We are hoping to come back next spring break. Thank so much for having us.

Excelente lugar,cómodo y espacioso, muy limpio. Todo perfecto incluyendo la anfitrión y su atención. Lo único negativo es el vecino de la parte trasera de la casa que es problemático y se molesta con la presencia de personas en la casa , se inventa polémicas. Si esa persona no estuviera todo seria perfecto como el Paraíso. Muchas Gracias por todo. La familia quiere regresar.

Homeowner very attentive responsive and helpful. This home is very close to beautiful beach that can accommodate kids, night life/food, convenience stores. Close to main Highway for travel. This home is on tight street with neighbors so noise at night after 9 is no good, the neighbors were nice people. The outside patio area and jacuzzi are truly enjoyable. They supply many games and things to do with your family during your stay. The home was clean with updated amenities. Bed rooms are a comfortable size. Supplied cooler and beach equipment. Our only advice is To make sure you keep the doors closed because the mosquitos are very bad and get into the home very easily. Outside fans for the patio are needed, the homeowner was great for bringing us a portable one. This home was a great experience overall.

From beginning to end the stay was Great! It was a family of 10 teens and adults, the bedrooms were very accommodating, the 2 bathrooms a plus, and the AC’s worked perfectly. Supermarket was a 1-2 minute drive from the house, the beach was a 2 minute walk and could be seen from the house. It was a pleasant stay, the neighborhood was quiet and I felt very safe day and night. Right at the corner of the house there is a spot that’s open late and it’s very chill. There are a few kiosks right before approaching the beach and Costa Norte was a fave, frozen drinks are a must and the seafood empanadas are delicious. Overall had no issues everything worked great and would recommend.

The house was great, she was really helpful and accommodating with our needs. I didn't read completely, but I would suggest adding in text that the washer and dryer are not included. She definitely made made me happy when she sent someone over to open the room for us to use it. Having so many of us there, made it really convinient to wash our cloths to take back home. Thank you so mich Yanira and Husband. The area isn't the greatest, but it was nice to have every at walking distance, bars,restaurants and even a supermarket, I felt safe because of the gate and made it feel private. I would recommend the place to any one looking to enjoy time with family and beach fun.
