在以往多次的爱彼迎住宿体验中，都非常棒，所以这次依然选择了爱彼迎。但是很遗憾的是，这一次的住宿体验非常差。洗衣房的门是锁的，需要打门上电话叫人开门才能使用洗衣机，但是电话居然无人接听。另外，卫生间灯光太暗，浴帘拉上时，洗澡的位置很黑，我女儿甚至不敢关上浴帘洗澡。马桶也存在漏水的问题，时好时坏。更为糟心的是，我怀疑有人在我外出购物期间进去了我的房间，因为我出门时关掉了所有灯，而晚上回来时，客厅灯却亮着。我不知道这是为什么？所以我怀疑有人在我外出期间进入了我的房间。但是，房东说他查看了监控，没有人进入。真相是什么？没有人知道。虽然没有丢失重要的物品，但我和女儿却不敢再继续住下去。当我向房东提出要提前两天结束这段行程时，房东拒绝了我。总之，这是一段很糟心的体验。好在爱彼迎客服及时介入，帮助我解决了困难。感谢爱彼迎的工作人员，他们有效的帮助，安抚了我的担心，并且及时帮我退回了剩余房钱。希望所有人都生活得更好！

She is the sweetest lady I've ever spoken in soft tone voice. She's on top on anything you. need ex)keys to the laundry room.... she had them dropped off at a more than reasonable time, everything I needed to know I was informed of or was self explanatory. it was very peaceful and quiet, but most importantly, it felt as if I were at home. *Highly recommended*

It is a good spot if you want to go to the airport. We stayed there for two nights and it was the week when temperatures started to go down in Calgary. It is a basement apartment so it is essential that you have something to heat up the place. The problem is that the tenants upstairs have the control over the heating system and they weren't cooperative until 10:30 pm to turn it on for a few hours. We were freezing the whole time. During the next evening we got a portable heater from a room in our appartment which was unfortunately unaccessable without the cleaning lady. The host dosen't live around so we just could text her our problems and hope for mercy from the neighbours who were really noisy at evening/night time as well. The second night was ok then with the heater but I think you have to make sure that your guests don't get cold right from the beginning.

All was no 1 except no blankets for the sofa bed even if I ask so this was disappointing
