Beautiful room and great location. If you try to visit Clearwater and don’t stay on the actual beachside it takes 45 minutes or longer to get over the bridge and then you have to fight for parking if there is any. The location is beachside ON THE BEACH. Youre just there enjoying your vacation.

Spring Break pricing was comparable to other hotels in the area with the simple amenities that you're looking for in a boutique hotel. The location is superb since we could choose between the hustling energy of Clearwater Beach or taking a short walk/drive to the quieter nature of Sand Key Park/Beach. We had a great time!

We booked a room with a water view and were given one with no water view located next to the pool where patrons could look through our windows into our room. Also, loud music was playing at the pool until 11 pm the 1st night. This location is a basic hotel room and not a condo or resort. When I reported the problem of the wrong hotel room the 1st night, the airbnb host told me she (Jeff’s assistant) was able to call the front desk and get us the room we reserved. That info was incorrect - I had just come from talking to the front desk for 45 min. We did get the right room on day 2 of our 3 day stay thanks to the hotel staff. The value of the hotel is $150-$200 per night rather than the $350 per night that we paid. On the positive side, this place is in a great location on Clearwater beach. The public beach is absolutely beautiful and only a block away. Plenty of good restaurants and shops within walking distance. We will be back to the area but probably not this property.
