Wir wurden vom Wohnungseigentümer freundlich begrüßt und erhielten auch gleich ein paar Tipps zur Umgebung, Die Wohnung liegt in einem sehr neuen Wohnviertel. Wir waren 7 Nächte dort und es war jeden Tag sehr ruhig. Schöner Balkon! Blick auf La Defense vom Balkon aus. Vom Schlafzimmer aus schaut man auf den begrünten Innenhof der Wohnanlage. Es gibt einen Parkplatz im angrenzenden Parkhaus. Alles sehr sicher (sowohl Parkhaus) als auch die Wohnanlage. Wir hatten stets ein gutes Gefühl, da auch die Anwohner im Viertel einen guten Eindruck gemacht haben. Gegenüber ist ein Supermarkt, um die Ecke ein super Bäcker / Konditor (viele tolle Kuchen) und ein Metzger. Zur Straßenbahnlinie sind es nur ein paar Gehminuten. Mit der Linie T2 gelangt man zu La Defense. Von dort kann man dann in die Metro Richtung Paris umsteigen. Dauert zwar ein bisschen bis man in der Stadtmitte ist, dafür ist die Wohnung günstig, ruhig und schön. Wir können sie empfehlen und kommen sicher noch einmal dort hin.

We had a very nice stay and would come back any time. The check-in was flexible, we came in the late evening from Disneyland and Seif waited in front of the parking lot for us, which was very helpful, as I was very nervous to find the parking lot in such a busy area. He is a very friendly and hospitable host, who answered all our questions! The flat is lovely, the bed and couch were very comfortable, as germans we only missed a second feather-bed for the couch :) But the one in the bedroom was very cozy ! The kitchen had everything you would need, lots of spices and all cooking devices. A plus is also the balcony with a nice view and the bathroom with a big shower. The area is nice, a Carrefour and restaurants in front of the flat and a great Boulangerie, which we already miss! The Tram T2 "Pont de Bezons" is just some minutes away (10 minutes with children) and it tooks us about 35 - 40 minutes to all the spots you want to visit on a city holiday in Paris :) We had a great holiday!

appartement très bien, très accueillant, très bien placé, lit très confortable, on ne pas dire de négatif quand il n'y en a pas. Relation très facile avec Seif. Vraiment très accueillant et réactif. Même si le tram est proche, la place de parking réservée est un gros atout lorsque vous prévoyez beaucoup de shopping à Paris. La cabine de douche spacieuse peut acceuillir les gros gabarits.

I had a great time at Hanifa’s place. The place is very cozy and clean. You have almost everything just downstairs, and a nice walk to the train to take you to Paris. I’m definitely stay there when I’m back in Paris. You won’t regret your money for that area. I really loved it. After walking and visiting there is nothing better than getting home to a very comfortable bed and a nice shower

I really enjoyed staying at this apartment with my wife and daughter. It's conveniently located, we felt safe in the area even at night, and the people in the neighborhood were the friendliest I've met in Paris.
