Very comfortable, modern and pristine, it had everything we needed to make our short visit very relaxing and hassle free. Washing machine and tumble dryer to quickly wash the kid’s sports kit. Lovely crisp bedlinen and comfortable beds. The best part was to have a bean to cup coffee machine in the kitchen!! Kids very much enjoyed the pastries. All appliances spotless, new and of good quality. And our spaniel was allowed to stay over too! All in all, a superb find.

Very well equipped, love the proper coffee machine (with beans provided), and breakfast included was a nice touch (frozen pastries, cereal and fresh milk). Beds were comfortable, linen was good quality. It’s near the road, but well insulated and we didn’t notice any noise. The whole place was nice and clean. Parking was right outside the patio doors, so easy to unload, which is not a given in Bath. I guess you’d call it functional rather than luxurious (white walls, white tiles etc), but you can’t complain about that at this price point and it was just as it looks in the photos. Our Uber into the city centre for dinner was less than £10. Communication was spot on. Can’t really fault it.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The coffee and croissants were very nice touches. The car parking space right next to the apartment was a big plus, as were the wifi and Netflix.

Exceeded expectations. Robert was always responsive. The flat is also set in an attractive modern building in a nice area of Bath. Within walking distance of city centre but also cosy local pub. Highly recommend.
