DevTraco is a gated community with a short walk to local business district, very quiet. Warned that there was not heated water for the shower, the weather solved that providing a perfect temperature supply. Once I relocated the internet receiver, wifi and streaming video was great. The owner provided all the basic kitchen supplies for preparing meals and towels for bathing. The price was great.

I really enjoyed my stay . It felt like home . It was safe , peaceful and exactly what the images looked like. I recommend this place 10/10 for stays when in ghana . Sheila is a very great host as well as Yaa they made everything smooth for us .

Nice place to live in. The direct contact Yaa, was very respectful and helpful with our needs. House was as advertised and neat. Will not hesitate to recommend this place to anyone needing a home-from-home.
