Peter was the nicest host! He reached out with all sorts of info and instructions prior to my checking in, making everything easier. He was also responsive to any question/concern very quickly. The home was as advertised…so spacious. Will book with him again!

This listing is a catfish unfortunately! The picture are with old or have been filtered to look brand new and updated. Peter was very friendly however his listing does not reflect how this pictures look. One of the bedrooms is outside in the backyard (not connected to the house) with no bathroom in the back! Me and my 14 guest did not stay at the place because we were unsatisfied with the cleanliness of the place. Spider webs, stains on couches, pillows and bedding. There’s no way this place is being cleaned on a regular basis. I was not able to get assistance with refund from Peter but was given it from Airbnb! The house is spacious how just not clean enough for me! The pool was disgusting. He sent to women to clean and they came, played and never returned. Definitely not a great experience.

My family and I had a mini family reunion here and our stay was perfect. We had 13 adults and 3 kids, and everyone had space and privacy. There were even beds left over. Peter communicates great and is very responsive. The house is exactly as pictured. Kitchen is stocked with everything, even spices for cooking. Pool was clean and refreshing. We felt extremely comfortable and cozy here, like being at home. It’s not a far drive from the strip either so if you want to head out it won’t take long (other than traffic).
