I needed a place to stay near Malibu to take my son on a college visit. This was a great little find- about a 20 minute drive to Pepperdine- and not having to pay Malibu prices was a big plus. Loved the goats and the country atmosphere! Lee was a great host, he made sure I wouldn’t have any trouble finding his place and that we had everything we needed while we were there. It was exactly as described.

The first thing you see is Binky & Dinky! The goats. They are so cute. And when you come in they are waiting to see who is saying the night! So cute. This place is so relaxing and calm. Clean. All the amenities you need. I cooked a dinner for my friends of about “20” people and the kitchen had everything I needed. More than enough towels. We stayed 5 days. Blow dryer, shampoo & conditioner. I loved the place. It took us about 20 min to get to Malibu. About 50 min to get back to the airport. Definitely coming back to stay with Mr. Lee.

Lee’s Escape is a fantastic place. It’s close enough to the freeway to be very convenient, but tucked away in a secluded area where you can’t hear the freeway, only nature. His property is surrounded by massive beautiful Oaks, and has a good set up for guest parking, entry, etc. He provides all the amenities one needs, and the beds are great as well as the couches. Lee’s house is decorated well and it shows that he’s a furniture and home designer. He was great to work with and prompt. Lastly, the patio area and goats (Binky and Dinky) are just great to have around!

WOW! What a great place to stay. It was so quiet and we loved watching the goat bros out the sliding doors. The beds were comfy. The shower was amazing. The water was nice and hot. The kitchen was nicely stocked and the coffee was great! It was nice to meet Lee and chat with him. We were sad to leave and would have stayed longer if our plans had allowed it. We will be back next time we are in the area. Thanks for the great stay!
